Work-Integrated Soft Skills and Employability (WISE) and Basic Business Skills (BBS) for TVET trainees in ‘Shashemene Town’
30 ‘Shashemene TVET’ trainees of persons with disabilities attended successfully short term WISE and BBS training from April -July 2022 in ‘Shashemene Polytechnic College’.
WISE and BBS training programs improve trainees’ behavioral competence of problem solving, planned communication and team work. The trainees have taken additional training packages on July 29 and 30,2022. The topics include how to start new business, market study, searching job vacancies and other business-related issues. The program was organized by ECDD collaborated with Christian Blind Mission (CBM).
