Ethiopian Center for Disability and Development (ECDD) has delivered a retreat program for all staff at “Adulala Resort & Spa”, Bishoftu, from Nov. 19-20, 2022.
The two days get-together was an opportunity to welcome new staff members and engaged to clarify ECDD strategic goals and steps to accomplish different projects with accountability.
The second day session focused on brainstorm challenges and opportunities in disability inclusion priority areas of ECDD and persons with disabilities engagement across projects’ focus regions.
The retreat was entertaining and memorable of which everyone enjoyed.
